THE PROJECT

Our representation of a medieval market is based on careful studies and historical research and every trade presented is the product of an in-depth examination.

Every merchant‘s clothing and every stall’s furnishing are analogous to the ones seen on the 15th century’s iconographic sources, while the manufactured products are mostly copies of items housed in the world’s most famous museums. This aims at avoiding approximation and  at conveying to the public an image that is as close to realistic as possible.

Our Market’s goal is rather to immerse visitors into history than  to just create a nice atmosphere.

The market is characterised by research and a serious approach and this differentiates it from many similar projects which are more recreational but less accurate.

OUR PROPOSAL

Our company  proposes the realisation of a 15th century medieval market, which also entails the opportunity to discover various activities and manufactured products that can usually only be seen in museums.
 
Merchants and craftsmen wear period clothing recreated from iconographic sources by expert tailors. It is also possible to have more people walking around the stalls thus enlivening the market.Every merchant will also show to the public his/her trade and the manufactured products created.

Some  of the trades represented in the market are the goldsmith, the milliner, the tailor, the weaver, the cloth seller,the tanner, the armourer, the sword maker, the carpenter, the money changer and the potsherd merchant.

We  also offer the possibility of realising interior decorations.
